Since 2005,  Pat has provided professional services as a certified coach, speaker, media host and consultant through her company the Pat Landaker Agency.

With more than 25 years of public relations, advertising, marketing and publications experience, Pat's clients have included banks, government agencies, hospitals and various public and private corporations and organizations. In addition, she was editor of a weekly newspaper and wrote environmental impact statements for government contractors. She's had a national newspaper column, written numerous printed and published articles, and hosted a TV variety show for five years.

In 2007-2009, Pat published Divapreneurs, a magazine for Colorado business women. And in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 she authored four books, Diary of a Bourgeois Black Girl (a personal journal), Blank Pages to Book (a resource for writers), The Emergency Mom (a preparedness journal for families) andThe Self-Empowered Diva, a self-management guide for women who feel disconnected from their authenticity.

Pat has served on the board of directors of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Vision Foundation, Community College of Aurora Foundation, Aurora Visitor's Promotion Advisory, Aurora Chamber Foundation, Aurora Rotary Club, Nunez Foundation, Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce and the COMITIS Crisis Shelter. She also served on the Denver Metro Chamber Public Affairs Committee and the City of Aurora Citizen's Budget Advisory Committee.

Pat is a member of the Women's Chamber of Nevada, Denver Press Club and the Colorado Independent Publisher's Assn. And she is a past member of Public Relations Society of America, American Banker’s Association Marketing Network, American Business Women’s Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, EWomen’s Network and the Business Marketing Association. In addition, she has received recognition from the Colorado Association of Black Journalists, International Festival and Events Association, Business and Professional Women’s Association, Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Aurora Rotary Club and the American Banker’s Marketing Association.

Pat has been a resident of Aurora, Colorado since 1991. A native of California, she attended University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. In 2002, she graduated from the American Bankers Association’s School of Bank Marketing and Management at University of Colorado, Boulder. Pat is also a graduate of Leadership Aurora, Leadership Denver and the Leadership Program of the Rockies. She is a certified professional coach and, in addition to her private coaching practice, currently coaches in the Johnson Wales University Leadership Program.
